NEWS: Swipe Gestures are now supported in v1.5 Image Galleries

The Image Gallery has been 100% re-written and needs your love. Early Adopters have been using the previous Image Gallery but lots and LOTS of folks wanted Swipe Gestures to navigation from photo to photo more intuitively. We have tested this new implementation but rely on the Early Adopter gang to figure out a way to break it.

Awesome! I have one question. Is it possible to get the small preview (thumbnail view) you have in the native gallery? Like this http://1000words.kodak.com/thousandwords/post/?id=2303211 Otherwise it´s a awesome update to the image gallery now. Br/Stefan

@Charlie Kindly send an email to info 'at' buzztouch.com with Early Adopter in the subject line. We'll get you on the list ;-) @Stefan This makes lots of sense. We're working out several new ways to use thumbnails from a remote feed (your site, Flikr). You could accomplish this already with a button menu. A button menu with no text, no icons, and background images for the buttons layed out in a grid looks exactly like the native photos app. You could also do it with vertical or horiztonal. It's not idea though because the button-menu doesn't support Flikr. We'll get to it, already been working on it. The tough part is figuring out an uncomplicated way to connect it to the photo gallery so selecting a thumb loads the gallery at the correct position. Example: you click the fourth thumb... the gallery should open with the fourth item. We'll get it.

How do I get the swipe option? I have looked in the choices (I am using 1.5) but can't see how to make swiping a choice to move from screen to screen or image to image. Thanks for your help. This site is great.
