We could have the template ask how many questions, how many answers and the type of field maybe number, string, date to keep things simple and a flag to warn user if field is required. We've been working out something simliar in v1.5 (available to Early Adopters only today) but have yet to finish the quiz logic for v1.5. We'll get this idea on the list - it's a good one.
