Do you have to be an apple developer to download ios xcode and stuff like that because i cant use this if it is going to cost 99$ to become an apple developer.

You can register for free and download xCode.. In order to submit your app to the app store, or even install it on your iphone or ipod for own use you will have to pay the $99 fee

It should be noted, you can also use the xCode iPhone simulator to test your app (for free). So if you want to just try out developing an app using buzztouch, you can go that far with it. If you decide it's something you really want to use, and wish to either put it on your own phone or distribute it to others, then you will need to join the Apple Developers program for $99. Buzztouch also works for Android. Not sure if there is a fee to be an Android developer or to distribute, as I'm iOS only at the moment.

Android is $25.00 'once' to distribute. Zero waiting time. App's live instantly. Almost everyone expects the zero-wait-time to change? Also, Android apps can be deployed from a website so no Market is necessary.
