Hi David. I have been working with to solve the character problem hole day. I have now found a possible solution. I made them step you told me. to work with local config file. first it was crazy characters anyway. mynewconfig.txt file interpreted UTF 8. Then I went into Xcode in view / text / file encoding and changed to Western (ISO Latin1) and then all characters worked. I hope this information can be useful, so perhaps you can fix so that it works directly.

I get mad at characters. when I work with a local config file and it works with strange characters, if I put config file in the Western Latin 1.
