Flash Player? Video Streamer?

the Flash player doesn't seem to work inside the app and the video streamer seems to require an extension where a lot of embedded players don't 'have extensions on the videos. Help?

Flash player? Almost NO mobile devices support flash. Zero iOS (iphone, ipod, ipad) do and some Android do. None of the simulator do. If you're doing mobile, get away from Flash ;-)

Well I'm going to be using it for androids to stream videos on 3rd party websites and just the way the output is is flash player (which most new androids support and all of the 2.2 androids) and I am only designing this for androids, not iOs.

OK. I'm not sure how this relates to your original question but I'm happy to help however I can. If you're streaming video from 3rd party websites, sounds like it's simply a matter of using Custom URL screens. Point a butotn to a web-site with flash-movie on it and if the device supports it - it should play - right? This is a different idea than 'streaming' video to the device. In my mind, your asking the web-page to play the video. This should work fine. It will not work in a simulator. And it may not work on all devices - just kinda depends I guess.

Yes I get what you're saying and I thought the same thing and I'm testing it out on my EVO 4G and it says I need flash player installed which I already have installed and so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Is there maybe a way to have it open up a page in the actual browser as opposed to inside the app?
