The complexities are mostly realted to Apple / Google and the app-owners. Our audience is generally not the type that totally understand the ins-n-outs of this kind of thing (but do want it!) and we're still engineering a SIMPLE approach to sending push notifications so our visitors can actually take advantage of it ;-) Stay tuned on this one....we'll get there.
