Blackberry App Development

Hi, Does buzztouch offer a development environment for blackberry apps. If not, does anyone offer such a service?

From October 24th of last year, posted by David (Buzztouch guru): We worked and completed a BlackBerry version early on but were unhappy with the results. It worked well on some devices and horribly on others. We have not totally written it off but don't plan on supporting BlackBerry anytime soon. We base this decision on the fact that literally thousands and thousands of folks visit our site each month, and we almost never hear BlackBerry related questions, it's difficult to justify continuing developing for a device that nobody seems interested in? If you are a BlackBerry fan and would like to see a BlackBerry version of your buzztouch app, let us know. If enough folks express interest, we'll move it up the priority list.

And I'm not aware of anything else like Buzztouch for Blackberry development - have you looked at http://us.blackberry.com/developers/?

I can say that the chances of us doing anything related to BlackBerry are slimmer now than ever. Unfortunately for the BlackBerry fans of the world (I'm a fan of all this stuff), there is literally almost zero interest these days. Because of this, we're not spending any time or resources engineering for BlackBerry - sorry.

Hi Dave, when I was showing and talking to people about buzz touch almost everyone asked about blackberry, would love to see BT on 3 platforms, would cover all the bases...was working on app for a golf club and they said that only 3% of members had iPhone and rest either android or blackberry...thought iPhone would be most popular...thanks!! BlackBerry App World limited time offer: $0 registration and submission fees. Thought I'd post this for anyone interested.

Ok, I am currently working on a Blackberry app via Phonegap. Ironically I am using BT to model the app [most of the functionality of the app is there] unfortunately I can't build the app in BT. Just a comment. Nothing more than that.
