6: There appears to be a problem with your network connection?

I am getting this message when I try to save a change on some screens and not others. Some screens will consistently show this message while others are no problem. Is there something I can do? My connection is working fine...

This is an interesting question but we'll need a few details before pointing you in the right direction. a) What device? iOS? Android? b) What buzztouch version is the app. 1.4? 1.5? c) What kind of internet connection does the device use? Edge? 3G? 4G? WiFi? The message you're reporting is related to connection issues. However, if your device is connected to the internet, something else could be going on?

I'm getting this message on my Mac, with the simulator running, app is 1.5. IOS. The Mac is using wifi. I'm getting this message on the actual buzz touch program while trying to save screens. I also have some issues with jpg. Icons and some buttons loading on the simulator but Im not sure if it is just the simulator. the screens that show this message keep showing it while others work fine... thanks...

Oh, I misunderstood. This is a control panel problem (our website), not a phone poblem - duh! This is troubling and the first we've heard of a problem on our site in the v1.5 control panel. We appreciate this report and will look into a possible cause immeditaely. However, it seems a bit strange that literally thousands and thousands of folks are on the site at any given time and nobody has reported this yet? Stay tuned.

I can give you a specific example off of my app if this helps.... If I search for the screen dresses , five screens come up, one of them is Nikkis dressing room (Huntington Station), when I click on Nikkis dressing room (Huntington Station) and try to move the Huntington Station to the description box, add a fade then I get this message when I hit save. I've also tried on a few computers? Thanks

Good info. I have naviated to the Nikki's Dressing Room (Huntington Station) screen, it is a Button Menu. The menu has 6 buttons. I dont understand what you mean 'try to move the Huntington Station to the description box' ? However, I was able to duplicate the problem! I too got the error when I tried to change the properties of the Nikii's menu button. When I click the Nikki's Website item, the Button Properties window opens. When I clicked 'Save' in this window, I see the error. This has been fixed - thanks tons for the discovery. In case you're wondering, it was related to the use of apostrophe's in titles, names, and other entries. You have used them in several places (this should be ok) and we were not doing well enough job at 'escaping them' before updating the database (nerd terms for cleanup-up-the-inputs). Let us know if you continue to have a hard time.

Thanks for the help.... Works great now, I should have picked up on the apostrophes.
