Open Safari

How do we have a URL link within the APP that pulls open Safari.....for instance we have a donate now button that Apple says MUST open a separate window....right now we use the Custom URL properties function which maintains the web link within the APP itself. Thanks!

This is possible and easy to do this using the new builder - v1.5. It's difficult with v1.4, what version is your app? In v1.4, opening web-links from HTML pages (Custom URL) in the native browser Safari, you will need to make some source code adjustments. The adjustmenst you need to make can be complicated depending on your skill level and how you have the HTML setup on the CustomURL screen you are loading. There really are lots of ways to do this. You may be best searching Google for an answer. Try 'open safari from UIWebView' and see what you come up with. Explaining how Objective-C and the iPhone SDK work together in these regards may be beyond the scope of the forum? Try Google, repost if you can't figure it out.
