password protection

Is it possible to customize which password-protected screens users have access to, or will they have access to all by default?

Kindly look at the Advanced Properties for each screen, expand the choice for login protected at the bottom. Any screen, or all the screens can be password protected.

I saw that but there seems to be only one master list of users. In other words if I have two different menus that are password-protected is it possible to give some people access to one but not the other?

Ah, I see what you mean. Nope, this won't work, a user is either logged in or logged out. If they are logged in, they can access any screen that is log-in-protected. Finer control like that does make sense but also adds some complexity to several different parts (control panel, screens, apps itself). We'll get a grip on how many folks are wanting / using the login stuff the re-evaluate. When we do this, we'll consider this idea - it makes sense.
