And it gets easier after that. The process of installing the app on your phone, and submitting to app store is way to comprehensive to be fully explained here. As mentioned above, this is a painful process, but really gets easier. The important thing to know is that you will have to enroll in an apple dev program for $99 a year, even if you just want to install it on a device for you own use.
