Invalid Binary

Just uploaded to AppStore...Got rejected with Invalid Binary...Any insight to what would cause this error? Thanks!

Rejected, as in the Apple Review process and their team rejected your app or rejected, as in the automated processes (App Uploader software) rejected? Huge difference. If the uploader rejected your binary, it means you have not properly set your Provisioning Profile / Certificate settings for the Release version. Google this - tons of discussions about it. A bit of a hassle to figure out the first time but easy after that.

The binary uploaded fine. After 5 minutes or so, the status in itunesconnect changed to Invalid Binary.

yeah, this is related to your Provisioning Profile / Developer Certificate match-up. You'll end up having to set these again (properly), recompiling and re-submitting. Yes, Apple makes distributing this stuff a pain! Again, search invalid binary iphone app for loads of info.
