I don't know if Buzz Touch can publish for android tabs yet but even as far as phones I think screen sizes aren't the same are they? How do you android app makers adjust for size variations? especially with image backgrounds? There are countless ways to accomodate for various screen sizes on different devices. You're best bet will be to do a web-search about the topic.
