Sounds like your Android install is not configured properley. There are lots and lots of posts about this problem, we wish we could make it easier or more understandable for you but just know how to. Make sure you have ALL the Android SDK parts installed. When you are sure you do, create a New Android Project, like a Hello World project. If you can't do that, you won't be able to compile the source-code you downloaded from buzztouch. The reason for the Hello World project is to make sure your machine is setup to compile Android apps - doesn't sound like it is.

You have to follow ALL the instructions here http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html It's more complicated than just downloading and launching Eclipse Again, wish we can figure out a way to streamline this for Android, just can't control how complicated the process is to get a computer setup to build Android apps. iOS is MUCH EASIER ;-)
