Here's why... I have created an app for emergency medicine residents across the country to use in the ER (algorithms, meds, study guides, etc) which has been accepted by Apple yet I haven't released it yet. It currently has a menu screen specific for my hospital (phone numbers, pagers, hospital-specific protocols, call schedules, etc) which I would like to make password-protected (I believe this does come in the new version?) and ideally I would like it to be an in app purchase so it doesn't come with the standard app at all. I am wanting to create an app that has video previews for a dance recital, which then allows users to purchase only the dances they want to see all of.
