Not sure what's happening. Maybe send the .PDF to info at buzztouch.com and we'll get a look at it to try to figure out what may be happening? The Control Panel for v1.4 app's seems to allow 'some' largish .PDF's and not others. Alternatively, you could a) Split the .pdf into smaller sizes and see if you can upload those b) Email the PDF to info 'at' buzztouch.com and we'll upload it for you. In this case, we need to EXACT app name (as it appears in your control panel) along with what manu it should show up on. We'll create a menu item, then upload it.
