errors

You've got something crazy going on. Could it be that somewhere in your Eclipse setting the Java Path or something along those lines is not set? Maybe Projects > Properties > Build Path? It's looking like it can't find the needed files (you probably realize this?). Does this file exist: C:UsersEricDownloadsandroid-sdk_r07-windowsandroid-sdk-windowssamplesandroid-7AndroidManifest.xml (add the slashes where necessary)
