Can I make changes to my app after it's compiled.

PER YOUR FAQ...Yes, your online control panel allows you to make real-time, instant changes to your app - even after it's compiled and in use. End users will see changes the next time the app is launched on their device. *** You cannot change the icon associated with your app, the one that shows on device home screens, without re-compiling the app then re-distributing it. MY QUESTION. I am a total knob with this type of stuff but if i create something on buzztouch, download the code, have a friend compile it. isnt he compiling what i downloaded? How will the changes i make be shown on an end users device if i do not re download and compile? I am here to create an application that will allow me to enter trade signals for FOREX(international currency trading) and then people who download the APP would get those signals. i might have 10 signals a day, per your faq I just come back to buzztouch and enter text or something hit save and thats it? what about having the device notify the user that a new signal was entered, i didnt see that any where- did i miss something? thanks much!

You didn't miss anything about Push Notifications - not supported yet. It's a complicated matter but we are working on it. Remote Updates: When you make changes to your apps content, the device will 'notice' these changes. This is because the content is pulled from the remote database. So, compile, distribute, users will get changes to their phones based on what you did in your control panel. I hope this makes sense. Another way to say it: If you enter a Trade Signal (whatever that is), your users will see the new signal on their menu. I'm not sure what type of screen would load when that signal is tapped? A URL maybe?
