HTML and GPS

I have a webpage that I have plug in GPS location request: So if the user chooses to it can allow us to detect location on there android. Works great in regular web window. I want to port this into the app but does not work. Any idea's on if the app just can't take it in? looking for some feed back.

I have no idea. Probably some crazy Javascript or something doing this. Send me the name of the app and the screen you are testing this in. I'll get a look at it later. Crazy day ahead!

Hi David, I have the same problem as Zoid66, (using V1.4). Any idea how to get this to work? Thanks!

@Taroon: Never figured this out. The Anroid browser that developers can use (like us) and include in their own Android projects works differently than the native browser. The fix will depend on how the HTML / Javascript is workign on the web-page in question. Each one of them is going to be a bit different and each will require a unique solution to getting the GPS data passed to your HTML.
