Introducing the slide menu. Sinilar to Facebook and Sky Sports app nav draws, Finally figured out how to get this thing to work without hacking the Buzztouch core. Ditch the tab bar use the slide out menu. Set up is exactly the same as any menu list. iOS7 and above only, as I can't test any lower. Not compatible with tab bar but hey this is another option to it. Tested agains tonnes of plugins including the AddToFavorites plugin which the tab bar never played nice with. Included is an animated hamburger button. I'm expecting a couple of bugs and will be on hand to help. Here it is in action http://youtu.be/5CZBkI5Mr9Y

does it open up if you click that top left icon as well Kittsy? If yes that would be nice, just need the normal "refresh" button on the right then.

of course it does. I've made it so the app is refreshed by dragging the side menu menu down.

Will it work with android in the future? Is it possible to make a list view also in the side menu?

Hi Djdios, I reckon I can get this working in android, in the future. Simple list view, Yes any plugin can be modded to work, the initial testing was done with the simple menu list. The Mosaic looks the nicest though

Kittsy - I'm unable to get the slide menu to refresh by pulling it down. I'm also using it on the right and the left refresh isn't showing up. Either one would work for me.

Hi Becky, That was the previous version where I had created a side menu. As I don't have any control over which menu will be used. But I did create a work around, if you add the left hand hamburger button in the instructions, a long press of said button will refresh the app. Hope that helps

Not sure if I broke some code or if this is original plugin behavior: When loading a new screen from either the left or right screen menus, no back arrow is shown. See notes below. (Have followed Plugin notes) Background Info: + Have SlideMenu as Home screen. Everything works fine using the Left or Right hamburger icons to slide left or right screens in and out. +When I select a screen to load from the Home Screen, all works as expected with a Back arrow displayed in the upper left, and a hamburger in the upper right. The problem: - When I select a screen to load from either the left or right screens, the new screen displayed has the two hamburger icons and no back arrow.
