I'd suggest you speak with Chris1, Kittsy, or one of the other commercial plugin developers. All the stuff I do is usually tied to a project I'm involved with, and I'm almost always involved. If you want to build a plugin on your own, most of the introductory documentation is in the 'How To' section of the BT Website. There are also a few Videos on Youtube, as well as some archived Webinars on this site.
