Android SHA1 fingerprint?

Following the tutorial "How to set up Android Maps for BT 3.0" (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/44302941/BuzzTuts/Google%20Maps%20Tut%20V2%20for%20Android%20BT3%20%28May%202014%29.pdf) and I need to get my SHA1 fingerprint from my app. Can't figure out how to do this, please help! Does it have to do with my android key? Anything will be helpful. Thanks!

Hello, Yes, the SHA1 fingerprint comes from the keystore you use to sign your app with. It can either be the release or debug keystore. I have a YouTube channel that shows you both how to get the fingerprint using the KeyTool plugin, and how to configure things for maps (which is what I assume you're trying to do). https://www.youtube.com/user/gonorthwest Let me know if you have further questions!
